8. Service Delivery & Deadlines

  • Delays caused by client non-response or incomplete information are not our responsibility.

9. Revisions & Adjustments

  • Requests for revisions must be made within the timeframe stated in the agreement.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed amount may require extra payment.

10. Termination of Services

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice within 48 hours before employment starts.

  • Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

  • Any outstanding fees must be settled immediately upon termination.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.

12. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only when explicitly stated in the service agreement.

  • No refunds are provided for completed work or digital products once delivered.
